Account Executive – Respiratory
Overview
We are working with a respiratory-focused healthcare organization that needs an Account Executive in the Fort Lauderdale area, covering South Florida.
It is a field role selling respiratory products and services to hospitals, physicians, and health systems, with uncapped commission on top of a strong base. The best fit has sold in respiratory, home health, infusion, DME, or homecare and knows how to keep referrals coming from clinicians who are hard to get in front of.

Specific Skills
- Prior medical sales experience (required)
- Hospital-based respiratory sales experience preferred, or sales experience in home health, infusion, DME, or homecare
- Respiratory Therapist background or RCP licensure is a plus
- Confident presenter who builds lasting relationships
- Strong time management and organization
- Comfortable with PC systems, email, and electronic documentation
Responsible For
- Drive sales of respiratory products and services to hospitals, physicians, health systems, and specialty clinics
- Grow referrals by promoting core services to current and new referral sources
- Partner with Clinical Respiratory Liaisons and internal teams on territory performance
- Meet or beat budgeted sales and revenue targets
- Lead in-services, presentations, and education sessions for clinical staff
- Build territory marketing plans and help roll out clinical programs
- Keep a close eye on customer satisfaction and resolve issues early
Additional Requirements
- Field-based role covering Fort Lauderdale and South Florida
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
