Responsible For
- Cover community pharmacy sites within a 2-hour radius of Dubuque
- Counsel patients on prescription and OTC medications and their overall health
- Complete MTM reviews and outcomes work
- Check for interactions, allergies, and duplicate therapy
- Work with prescribers and providers on patient care
- Stay compliant with state and federal pharmacy law
Additional Requirements
- Are you based in or within 1 hour of Dubuque, comfortable travelling up to a 2-hour radius

$70,00 - $75,00 per hour
