Title: Superintendent Pharmacist
Work days: Monday - Friday
Work pattern: 9am - 5:30pm (37.5hrs)
Work environment: Within a modern warehouse unit (scope for role to become hybrid)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per year DoE
Bonus: 2-3% equity in the business for being there from the start!!

This is an opportunity to be part of something special from the start! It's a new business adventure within a new sector (likely) for most candidates. You will be provided the support and funds to thrive in this role and shape the business how you see fit. You will be looked to as an SME offering guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Help with creating SOPs and guidelines for the business
• Support and develop new Pharmacy staff
• Work to build relationships with key stakeholders within the business
• Have experience with purchasing stock (medication)
• Be entrepreneurial and think of ideas to improve business profits and growth.

What does the right candidate look like?

• Previous Superintendent experience or Pharmacy management experience required
• You MUST be a GPhC registered Pharmacist
• Have a business mindset and be ambitious!
