Strong ability to
sell healthcare services and build provider relationships

communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and territory management abilities

Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Responsible For
Build and maintain relationships with
physicians, clinics, and payors
to generate referrals for chronic infusion and IVIG therapies
Collaborate with
pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams
to ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction
Drive
territory growth and revenue performance
, achieving net revenue and profit goals
Identify new business opportunities and expand
market share within the region
Participate in
sales meetings, provider education sessions, and in-service presentations
Analyze territory performance and develop
strategic growth plans
Address customer service issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships
Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions when needed
Maintain accurate documentation including
call reports, expense reports, and territory activity updates
Stay informed on
disease states, infusion therapies, and reimbursement policies
Additional Requirements
Do you have any experience and/or relationships with physicians in neurology, immunology, rheumatology or transplant?
Do you have at least 2 years sales experience in home infusion?
Proven
business development or healthcare sales experience
Minimum
2 years of infusion services or related healthcare industry experience preferred
Experience working with
physicians, clinics, or healthcare referral networks
Familiarity with
reimbursement processes and managed care policies preferred

Salary
$90,000 – $120,000 + commission
