Specialty Infusion Manager (Sales)

A rapidly growing national home infusion provider is seeking an experience Specialty Infusion Manager to drive referral growth and expand market share within the Northern New Jersey territory.

This role is responsible for developing relationships with clinics, physicians, payors, and healthcare partners to generate referrals for chronic infusion therapies and IVIG treatments. The position works closely with cross-functional teams including pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare sales professional with infusion experience who is passionate about improving patient access to specialty therapies while driving business growth.

Specific Skills
  • Strong ability to sell healthcare services and build provider relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and territory management abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Responsible For
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and payors to generate referrals for chronic infusion and IVIG therapies
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction
  • Drive territory growth and revenue performance, achieving net revenue and profit goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the region
  • Participate in sales meetings, provider education sessions, and in-service presentations
  • Analyze territory performance and develop strategic growth plans
  • Address customer service issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation including call reports, expense reports, and territory activity updates
  • Stay informed on disease states, infusion therapies, and reimbursement policies
Additional Requirements
  • Proven business development or healthcare sales experience
  • Minimum 1 years of home infusion services experience
  • Experience working with physicians, clinics, or healthcare referral networks
  • Familiarity with reimbursement processes and managed care policies preferred

$100,000 – $135,000 + commission
