Specialty Infusion Manager (Sales)
Overview
A rapidly growing national home infusion provider is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager (Acute Sales) to drive referral growth and expand market share within the Oklahoma City territory.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and growing referral relationships throughout the Southern Houston territory while serving as a trusted resource for healthcare providers seeking high-quality home infusion solutions for their patients.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven sales professional with experience calling on hospitals, physician practices, discharge planners, case managers, and other healthcare referral sources.
Specific Skills
- Strong ability to sell healthcare services and build provider relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and territory management abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Responsible For
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other referral sources.
- Generate acute care patient referrals for home infusion services.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure exceptional patient care and customer service.
- Conduct educational presentations, in-services, and account reviews with referral partners.
- Execute territory growth strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, call reports, and territory planning.
Additional Requirements
- Do you have at least 2 years sales experience in home infusion?
- Do you have experience working with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physician offices, or other healthcare referral sources?

$100,000 – $115,000 + commission
