Responsible For
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other referral sources.
- Generate acute care patient referrals for home infusion services.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure exceptional patient care and customer service.
- Conduct educational presentations, in-services, and account reviews with referral partners.
- Execute territory growth strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, call reports, and territory planning.
Additional Requirements
- 2+ years of home infusion sales
- Experience calling on hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physician offices, or care-transition teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and payer processes.
- Proven ability to build relationships and grow referral business.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a geographic territory.

Salary
$100,000 – $115,000 + commission
