Responsible For
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other referral sources.
Generate acute care patient referrals for home infusion services.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure exceptional patient care and customer service.
Conduct educational presentations, in-services, and account reviews with referral partners.
Execute territory growth strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue objectives.
Maintain accurate CRM activity, call reports, and territory planning.
Additional Requirements
2+ years of home infusion sales
Experience calling on hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physician offices, or care-transition teams.
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and payer processes.
Proven ability to build relationships and grow referral business.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a geographic territory.

Salary
$100,000 – $115,000 + commission
