Responsible For
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other referral sources.
  • Generate acute care patient referrals for home infusion services.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure exceptional patient care and customer service.
  • Conduct educational presentations, in-services, and account reviews with referral partners.
  • Execute territory growth strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue objectives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, call reports, and territory planning.
Additional Requirements
  • Do you have at least 2 years sales experience in home infusion?
  • Do you have experience working with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physician offices, or other healthcare referral sources?
