We are partnering with a leading healthcare organization that provides specialty infusion services and is continuing to expand its IV therapy programs. Our client is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager to support growth across chronic infusion and IVIG therapies by developing strong referral relationships and increasing market presence.

This role serves as the primary link between healthcare providers and infusion services, combining business development with a patient-focused approach. You will manage your territory with autonomy while working closely with clinical, pharmacy, and operations teams to ensure a smooth referral and treatment experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and payers
• Driving referrals for chronic and IVIG infusion therapies
• Collaborating with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams
• Identifying growth opportunities and expanding market presence
• Providing education and representing the organization at meetings and events
• Tracking activity, performance, and expenses in CRM systems

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or account management
• Experience in infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, or pharmaceuticals preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% regionally

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, though relevant experience and a strong track record will be equally considered.
