Pharmacist / Pharmacist Manager – Throughout Birmingham & West Midlands

• Full-time (40 hours per week over 5 days)
• £25.00  per hour + Profit Share on Services

We are hiring experienced and newly qualified Pharmacists and Pharmacist Managers and the local areas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, service-led community pharmacy where your clinical skills and leadership will be supported and rewarded.

This is not a high-item, high-pressure environment. Our clients pharmacies are low-item stores, each with a full team structure, allowing you to focus on delivering clinical services and growing the pharmacy, not just checking prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy team in delivering safe, effective, and compliant services
• Provide NHS and private services (e.g., flu jabs, vaccinations, NMS, BP checks)
• Drive service uptake and patient engagement
• Support and mentor support staff (Technicians, ACTs, Trainees)
• Ensure full GPhC compliance and high standards of patient care
• Build strong relationships with patients, the local community, and healthcare professionals

What You’ll Need

• GPhC registration
