Pharmacist Manager – Southampton

We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead a friendly, dedicated team for one of the biggest Community Pharmacy groups in the UK, based in Southampton. This is a fixed term contract covering Maternity initially for 10 months from November 2025.

As a Pharmacist Manager, you’ll be a qualified Pharmacist (MPharm or equivalent) with GPhC registration and proven experience in a leadership role. You’re passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and supporting your team to thrive within the community.

About the Pharmacy

• Dispenses around 8/9k items per month
• Provides a full range of NHS and Pharmacy First services
• Supports substance misuse patients
• Manages a vast amount of community blister packs
• Opening hours: 9-6 Monday - Friday
