Pharmacist
Overview
We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing national home infusion provider that is looking to add an experienced Pharmacist to their Boca Raton team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically focused pharmacist who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and wants to make a direct impact on patient outcomes outside of the traditional retail setting.

Specific Skills
- Active Florida Pharmacist license
- BS in Pharmacy required (PharmD preferred)
- 1+ year of home infusion experience OR 2+ years in an acute care setting
- Strong knowledge of IV therapy, sterile compounding, and infusion services
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
Responsible For
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing and evaluating infusion therapy orders for appropriateness and safety
- Managing patient-specific pharmacy care plans
- Monitoring labs and performing pharmacokinetic dosing
- Supervising sterile compounding operations and USP <797> compliance
- Educating patients and caregivers on infusion medications and administration
- Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams
- Overseeing pharmacy support staff and workflow
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Participating in on-call rotation and patient care conferences
