My client, a leading UK dental group, is seeking ebullient and results-oriented Practice Managers to oversee the operations of their state-of-the-art practices across London. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly, delivers exceptional patient care, and maximizes profitability.

Role: Practice Manager

Salary: C.40k

Location: Multiple sites across London

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue maximization.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Operations Management: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient care, and compliance.
• Business Development: Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.
• Clinical Governance: Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance.

Requirements of the role:

• 1+ years’ experience as a Practice Manager in a dental setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent financial acumen and business management abilities.

• A passion for providing exceptional patient care.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
