Clinical Pharmacy Services Manager - Dubuque, IA

• $65.00 Per Hour
• $5000 Sign on Bonus
• Full Time - 40 hours

This position requires the Pharmacist to be located around the Dubuque area. You will be working 3 days from home and 2 days in a retail pharmacy.

Position Summary:

This individual will be implementing a community pharmacy residency. They will be responsible for the successful implementation, growth, and scaling of clinical programs. You will be responsible for implementing new clinical opportunities but also for growth from ongoing clinical programs ( vaccinations, testing, and MTM).

Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform a full range of pharmaceutical services
• Identification and vetting of clinical programs and offerings
• Implementation, training, and scaling of clinical programs
• Proficiency in excel and other reporting tools to re-enforce data-driven clinical solutions
• Understanding and willingness to learn pharmacy billing, coding, and financials related to clinical pharmacy services
• Supervises and manages other employees

Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist License in the State of Iowa (Unless Relocating)
• Pharmacy Residency is preferred but not essential
