My high potential & rapidly growing client is looking for a fully licensed Clinical / PCN Pharmacist (or IP qualified community pharmacist) with an interest in the world of medicinal cannabis & accompanying knowledge of treatments for Pain and Mental health illness (depression, Insomnia). Previous experience working in a working in a GP setting or community/ hospital setting is preferable.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to…

· Patient triage to assess eligibility.

· Supporting prescription rewrites

· Repeat prescriptions

· Working under shared care for repeat prescriptions

· Liaising with pharmacy team for active queries

· Dealing with clinical queries

· Liaising with consultants in relation to patient eligibility

· Supporting Clinical Lead, COO and Business Manager

· Working to ensure all clinical activities are up to date and compliant.

Qualification requirements

· Masters in Pharmacy from an accredited university.

· Previous experience working in a working in a GP setting or community/ hospital setting (Preferable)
