Pharmacist – New Pharmacy Opening

Quad Recruitment is working with a rapidly growing pharmacy group to recruit a full-time Pharmacist for a brand-new pharmacy opening in Wellington.

This is a rare opportunity to join a pharmacy from day one and play a key role in shaping how it operates, grows, and serves the local community. Item numbers will start small and grow quickly, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys building services, processes, and momentum from the ground up.

The Role

You’ll be a hands-on Pharmacist, working closely with the business to establish strong foundations and set the pharmacy up for long-term success. While this is not an ownership role, the business is looking for someone with a commercial mindset who will run the pharmacy as if it were their own.

You’ll have genuine input into:

• Daily operations and workflow setup

• Service development and growth strategy

• Team culture and standards

• Community engagement and patient experience
