About the role
As the full-time Pharmacist, you will be a core part of the store team: verifying and dispensing prescriptions, running immunizations, supporting compounding, and leading the pharmacy technicians on shift. Independent pharmacy experience is a real advantage here, as you will be trusted to help the store run well, not just fill scripts.

Specific Skills
- Retail pharmacy experience preferred; independent pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- Compounding experience is a plus
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Responsible For
- Dispense and verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Counsel patients on prescription and OTC medications with friendly, personal service
- Administer immunizations, including seasonal vaccines
- Supervise and support the pharmacy technician team
- Assist with compounding when needed
- Help manage workflow and inventory across the store
- Keep the pharmacy compliant with Florida and federal pharmacy law
Additional Requirements
- Active Florida Pharmacist License (required)
- Florida immunization administration certification (required)
- Able to work on site in Naples, FL
