About the Role

As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, you’ll provide infusion therapy and clinical support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure treatments are delivered safely and effectively.

This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys providing personalized patient care, has strong IV skills, and wants more flexibility than a traditional hospital or clinical environment.

Specific Skills
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Excellent IV start skills.
  • Current valid driver’s license.
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a healthcare team.
  • Home infusion experience is preferred but not required.
Responsible For
  • Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes.
  • Administer prescribed infusion therapies safely and effectively.
  • Use your IV skills to establish and maintain IV access.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on their treatment and infusion process.
  • Monitor patients during therapy and respond appropriately to clinical needs.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients and provide a high level of personalized care.
  • Follow the prescriber’s plan of treatment and established clinical protocols.
  • Communicate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team regarding patient progress and needs.
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation and required patient records.

$42.00 - $46.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
