Sales Executive

Overview

Are you a driven medical sales professional with experience in respiratory services, homecare, DME, infusion, or healthcare sales? We’re seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Sales Executive to join a growing healthcare organization specializing in respiratory products and services.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building strong referral partnerships, and has a proven ability to grow territory revenue through strategic business development and exceptional client service.

Specific Skills
  • Previous medical sales experience required
  • Experience selling respiratory services or working with health systems preferred
  • Background in Homecare, DME, Infusion, Home Health, or related healthcare industry strongly preferred
  • Respiratory Therapist background or current Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure is a plus
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
  • Proficient with PC systems, email communication, and electronic documentation
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsible For
  • Drive sales growth of respiratory products and healthcare services across assigned territory
  • Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, health systems, and referral sources
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase referrals and revenue
  • Support implementation of clinical programs and territory growth initiatives
  • Conduct presentations, in-services, and educational meetings with healthcare professionals
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with Clinical Respiratory Liaisons and internal teams to maximize market performance
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
  • Develop strategic territory marketing plans aligned with company objectives
Additional Requirements
  • How many years of experience do you have working with health systems selling respiratory services?
  • Are you a respiratory therapist with a current Respiratory Care Practitioner state licensure?
  • Have you successfully generated referrals from hospital case managers and physicians?
