Are you a Registered Nurse with infusion experience who enjoys building relationships and driving patient-focused outcomes? We're seeking a Clinical Liaison to join a growing team and help expand access to high-quality home infusion services throughout the Dallas market.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with business development and relationship management. You'll work closely with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, and payers to coordinate seamless transitions of care from acute settings to the home environment.
Specific Skills
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in infusion healthcare
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned territory
Responsible For
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, case managers, and healthcare providers
- Identify and secure new patient referrals to support business growth
- Educate healthcare professionals on home infusion services and patient care solutions
- Assess patient needs and collaborate on appropriate care plans
- Coordinate smooth transitions from hospital to home-based infusion therapy
- Partner with internal clinical, pharmacy, and reimbursement teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Serve as a trusted resource within your assigned territory
