Position Overview

As the Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee all pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, clinical pharmacy services, compliance, quality assurance, and staff management. You'll play a key leadership role in ensuring the pharmacy operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

Responsible For
  • Lead and supervise pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy support staff
  • Oversee all pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical pharmacy services
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and company standards
  • Collaborate with operations and distribution teams to maintain efficient workflow and service delivery
  • Support procurement and inventory management of medications, supplies, and equipment
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of pharmacy personnel
  • Drive quality assurance initiatives and continuous performance improvement programs
  • Prepare management reports and contribute to operational planning and budgeting
  • Guide the pharmacy toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals
  • Maintain pharmacist on-call coverage and provide support when needed
  • Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and leadership representative as required
  • Support business development and growth initiatives when requested
