Position Overview
As the Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee all pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, clinical pharmacy services, compliance, quality assurance, and staff management. You'll play a key leadership role in ensuring the pharmacy operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

Responsible For
- Lead and supervise pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy support staff
- Oversee all pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical pharmacy services
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and company standards
- Collaborate with operations and distribution teams to maintain efficient workflow and service delivery
- Support procurement and inventory management of medications, supplies, and equipment
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of pharmacy personnel
- Drive quality assurance initiatives and continuous performance improvement programs
- Prepare management reports and contribute to operational planning and budgeting
- Guide the pharmacy toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals
- Maintain pharmacist on-call coverage and provide support when needed
- Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and leadership representative as required
- Support business development and growth initiatives when requested
