• 3+ years of healthcare sales experience
• Strong experience within infusion, specialty pharmacy, or IVIG sales
• Existing relationships with physicians and referral sources within Orange County
• Experience selling into oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, or rheumatology practices is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently

As Sales Director, you'll be responsible for growing referrals by developing strategic relationships with physicians and healthcare providers across your territory. You'll work closely with practices specializing in:

• Oncology
• Hematology
• Gastroenterology
• Rheumatology

This is a home-based field sales position covering Orange County, with approximately 60% travel throughout the territory. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans
• Build and maintain relationships with high-volume referring physicians
• Generate referrals for infusion therapies and IVIG services
• Educate providers and office staff on available treatment solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
• Partner with pharmaceutical representatives, health plans, and healthcare systems
• Track territory performance and consistently exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to deliver exceptional service

• How many years of experience do you have selling infusion therapies and/or IVIG services directly to physicians and referral sources?
• Do you currently have an established network of physician relationships within oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, or rheumatology practices in the Orange County, CA market?

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
