Quad Recruitment is currently partnered with a very well-respected retail pharmacy in the New York area who are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join them in a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the pharmacy staff
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide patient care, including medication dispensing, counselling, and vaccination
• Manage inventory and ordering of medications and supplies
• Stay up-to-date on the latest drug information
• Participate in continuing education activities
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the pharmacy
• Recruit and train new pharmacy staff
• Budget for the pharmacy
• Represent the pharmacy to the public and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• New York pharmacist license
• 3+ years of experience as a pharmacist
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
