Quad Recruitment is looking for an IV Pharmacy Technician to join a leading Specialty Pharmacy in Inglewood, CA. Successful candidates will have Home Infusion / Compounding experience in the past. If you are looking to join a business that promotes internal progression, this is it.

As an IV Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for preparing intravenous (IV) solutions for patients with complex medical conditions. This may include chemotherapy drugs, antibiotics, and other medications that need to be administered directly into the bloodstream.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing IV solutions according to prescriptions and established procedures
• Mixing and measuring medications
• Sterilizing equipment and materials
• Labeling and packaging IV solutions
• Dispensing IV solutions to patients or their caregivers
• Providing patient education on how to administer IV medications safely and effectively

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)
• Previous experience in Home Infusion / Speciality Pharmacy
