• Position - Non Pharm Manager
• Location - Widnes
• Hours - Full-time, 40 hours per week (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
• Salary - £31,000pa + Additional Benefits

Responsibilities -

• Managing a full team of pharmacy professionals
• Work alongside the company director in identifying opportunities to grow the business, grow items, and adopt new services
• Medication Checking - Ensure the accuracy and safety of dispensed medications, adhering to pharmacy protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Patient Interaction - Interact with patients to provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and offer pharmacy advice when required.
• Collaboration - Work closely with their pharmacy team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow, contributing to the overall success of the pharmacy.
• Lead from the front by supporting your team and driving excellence

Previous managerial experience is preferred but not essential however we will consider candidates from face paced, clinical or high idem stores.

Qualifications -

• NVQ Level 2 /Level 3 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services
