Private Primary Care Superintendent Pharmacist - Wilmslow (ON-SITE)

Salary - £60,000 to £65,000 (dependent upon experience)

Reporting to - Chief Clinical Officer

As our clients' Superintendent Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in managing all pharmacy operations and driving innovation. You will be a part of the Clinical Leadership Team & Multi-Disciplinary Pathways Team; working alongside the heads of clinical, operational, commercial & compliance departments to develop new services and treatments for their valued members.

The Role:

- Manage daily pharmacy operations and supervise the dispenser
- Ensure compliance with GPhC standards
- Act as the Chair of the Medicine Management Committee and lead discussions on improving medication safety & efficiency
- Support clinicians with medication reviews & primary care pharmacy initiatives
- Drive innovation by introducing new services & evidence-based treatments
- Manage and grow the prescription service
- Establish a Travel Clinic service and expand partnerships e.g. ADHD medication supply

About you

- Hold an MPharm degree
- Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC
- Significant experience in pharmacy management
- Able to independently prescribe & conduct patient medication reviews (Desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A passion for patient-centred care
