For this position, you must have previous managerial experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives within the assigned district
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve district sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
- Provide training, development, and performance feedback to the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Ideally, you’ll be…
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
