Our client is looking for a proactive pharmacist, ready to roll up their sleeves and take control of a business, run the store autonomously and in turn be heavily rewarded for doing so.

This company is on a huge mission of expansion, having acquired 20+ stores this year alone, it is a perfect opportunity to join one of the most successful family run businesses in UK pharmacy, and grow with them!

There are genuine career progression opportunities available here, from regional manager and corporate roles, to owning your own pharmacy whilst they take all the liabilities and debt!

What’s on offer:

- Salary between £44,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

- 28 Days holiday + bank holidays (Pro-rata)

- 10% commission on ALL services provided even before an agreed target is met, paid quarterly

- Annual bonus as a % of your annual salary, dependent on targets being met in store

- £1000 every time you grow the stores items by 1000 items, for 3 months consistently

- £1000 for taking on a Pre reg in your store

- Relocation assistance for those that need it, in the form of heavily discounted rent

- Monday to Friday, with a maximum of 1 in 4 Saturdays if your store is open, only ever a half day

- One hour guaranteed for lunch every day where no pharmacy services are carried out
