We're looking for an ambitious, driven Pharmacist that is ready to take on a unique opportunity to be part of a NEW online distance selling Pharmaceutical Business that focuses on selling to other Pharmacies and Businesses (B2B)
Title: Superintendent Pharmacist
Work days: Monday - Friday
Work pattern: 9am - 5:30pm (37.5hrs)
Work environment: Within a modern warehouse unit (scope for role to become hybrid)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per year DoE
Bonus: 2-3% equity in the business for being there from the start!!

Responsibilities:
- Help with creating SOPs and guidelines for the business
- Support and develop new Pharmacy staff
- Work to build relationships with key stakeholders within the business
- Have experience with purchasing stock (medication)
- Be entrepreneurial and think of ideas to improve business profits and growth.
- Non patient facing position with scope for role to become Hybrid when business grows!
