About the Opportunity -
We’re partnering with an entrepreneur who is in the early stages of acquiring a community pharmacy in the Greater London area. The ideal partner will be actively involved from the beginning, influencing key decisions from location and layout to the services offered.
This role is more than just a job, it’s a long-term partnership. You’ll bring your clinical and operational expertise, while your business partner brings extensive knowledge in finance and business strategic operations.
The Role -
Superintendent Pharmacist & Co-Owner
Salary - Competitive with experience
Location - Within a 60-minute commute of London
Commitment - Full-time (with co-ownership responsibilities)
Requirements -
You’ll contribute 30%– 49% of the deposit for the business loan (flexibility depending on circumstances)
Be GPhC-registered with experience in managing a pharmacy
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something from the ground up
Strong understanding of GPhC regulations, NHS services, and pharmacy operations
