Patient Safety & Complaints Improvement Officer - Epping Area

Salary:

£30,000 a year plus bonus

Working Pattern:

Mon-Friday 9:00-5:00

37.5 hours a week

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and Analyse: Conduct thorough investigations into patient complaints and safety incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Improve and Collaborate: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance patient safety and service quality.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to relevant regulatory guidelines, such as the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Homecare Standards and NHS PSIRF.
