They are seeking a driven and qualified pharmacist to join their team as a Pharmacy Manager.
In this role, you will lead their pharmacy department, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and delivering exceptional patient care.
What you'll do -
- Motivate and inspire your pharmacy team, encourage a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations.
- Ensure compliance with GPhC regulations and maintain the highest standards of patient safety and care.
- Contribute to achieving departmental targets and business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and patient experience.
- Build strong relationships with other healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.

- Registration with the GPhC as a pharmacist in the UK.
- Proven experience managing a pharmacy team.
