Experienced Pharmacist Manager - Sheffield
My partner are a service-led pharmacy with a strong team and a commitment to patient care. Dispensing around 6,000 items monthly, they pride themselves on offering a comprehensive range of NHS and private services alongside expert advice whilst being in the heart of the community.
About the Role -
As Pharmacy Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy. You'll lead a team of pharmacists, qualified technicians and counter assistants, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This position requires a strong business acumen as you'll be responsible for the financial overview and developing strategies to increase profitability.
Key Responsibilities -
- Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.
- Motivate, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Conduct medication reviews and consultations, providing expert clinical advice.
- Manage staff rotas and ensure efficient workflow.
- Analyse financial data and implement strategies to maximize profits.
- Maintain strong relationships with patients and local healthcare professionals.
We are looking for a pharmacy professional with -
- Registered UK Pharmacist (GPhC)
- A minimum of 3 year's experience in a pharmacy management role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- A strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Experience in providing NHS and private pharmacy services.

This is a full-time position with working hours of Monday-Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm) and Saturday mornings (9:00am - 1:00pm) (working 2 Saturdays a month).
