About the role & branch:
- Drive services and meet KPI's with the support of your colleagues
- The store currently does around 7k items per month (4200 items with Hub & Spoke model) and has a great team to help you out running the store
- Super supportive area manager & positive team environment
-Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (30 min lunch), Saturday 9am to 1pm (on a rota)
Package Includes:
- Base salary £56,500 per annum
- Service bonus: £4 per NMS, £6.50 per DMS, £2 per Vitamin B12 injection, £2 per BP check, £1.50 for other NHS consultations, 6% of total sale for private services
- Career progression: Independent Prescribing Qualification support

About you:
- Active GPhC registration
- MPharm degree
- 2+ yrs post qualification experience
- Service led, positive attitude
- You live a commutable distance to Banbury
