What You'll Do?

  • Be the final guardian of medication safety by meticulously checking prescriptions and orders.
  • Apply your clinical expertise to specialised prescriptions, including kidney dialysis, home healthcare, and travel needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, raising errors and taking corrective action.
  • Ensure medications are clearly labelled according to regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prioritise specialised orders.
  • Uphold the highest standards by following all SOPs, GPhC, and RPS guidelines.
  • Verify patient information and ensure timely medication delivery.
  • Handle medication returns efficiently and complete paperwork.
  • Seamlessly transition responsibilities with colleagues.
  • Continuously learn and share your knowledge on pharmacy advancements.
  • Provide valuable medication insights to patients, healthcare professionals, and the team.
  • Address patient complaints professionally with thorough investigation and resolution.

Qualifications -

  • Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC.
  • MPharm Degree
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
