Operations Support Lead - OPD Pharmacy

ABOUT YOU:

- You are a fully qualified Pharmacy Technician _
- You have an active GPhC pin
- You have strong leadership skills and experience managing and motivating a team
- You have experience with recruitment, HR, and interview processes
- Live within a commutable distance to Brighton (or would relocate)

THE ROLE:

- Lead and support the line management of staff (excluding pharmacists, procurement, and management)
- Prioritize workloads, delegate tasks, and ensure a positive team environment
- Assist with HR duties, rota management, and staff appraisals whilst supporting the Lead Pharmacist with Clinical Governance in maintaining excellent standards
- Dispense medication, counsel patients, and manage stock control whilst developing and delivering new services to support future business growth
- Implement process changes and provide additional training
- Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pm NO WEEKENDS
- Salary: From £40,000 + Benefits.
