I am working alongside an award-winning client, seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician to join their team in a welcoming independent practice. This role offers real opportunities for development and growth, with a supportive and established team behind you every step of the way.

This is the role for you....
Pay - £28,000 - £33,000 (DOE)
Location - Weston-Super-Mare
Work Schedule - Full time, Monday - Saturday (with one day off in the week) - Part time considered for the right applicant!

Responsibilities
- Offer expert advice on lens types, frames, and styling, tailoring solutions to the needs of the individual
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest eyewear trends and technologies
- Provide outstanding customer service and patient care
- Collaborate with the team's Director and Branding Coordinator to shape dispensing services - from product selection to pricing strategies
- Confidently manage handovers
- Track and optimise KPI's in conjunction with the Practice Manager
