ABOUT YOU:
- A fully qualified DO registered with the GOC
- Can reliably commute to Lewes
YOUR ROLE:
- Report directly to the Area Manager
- Manage customer relationships, ensure customers high levels of satisfaction
- Deliver business results by promoting strategies within branch to enhance team performance
- Setting and achieving realistic business goals by establishing priorities, actions and milestones
- Guiding your team, ensuring they remain motivated and continue to excel within their roles
