About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the business’s success. You'll become a product expert, helping pharmacies optimize their use of the innovative dispensary ordering software. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mastering the Software: Become a pro on the company’s platform, ensuring you can confidently guide and support pharmacies.
- Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with pharmacies, accurately updating their needs and pricing information.
- Training and Mentorship: Share your pharmacy expertise by training and mentoring customers on how to effectively utilize the software.
- Communication Champion: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, building rapport and providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Administrative Expertise: Ensure all administrative tasks and aftercare services are completed efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
- Director's Right Hand: Provide valuable support to the Director, contributing to the overall success of the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified dispenser or possess a higher pharmacy qualification.
- Proven experience working in a retail pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of dispensary purchasing.
- Enthusiastic about technology and its potential to improve pharmacy operations.
- A natural communicator with a friendly and confident demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries.
- A meticulous organizer with a strong eye for detail.
