Meet Neve Rosser: Quad Recruitment’s Newest Talent Scout

We are thrilled to introduce Neve Rosser, the latest addition to our team at Quad Recruitment. Neve's journey and vibrant personality shine through in her Q+A, and we’re excited for you to get to know her better.

What made you choose recruitment?

"I've always been ambitious and loved interacting with people. I think recruitment is the perfect combination of my drive and soft skills. Any job where you can get out what you put in is for me!"

What’s your favourite quote?

"'I'm not offended by dumb blonde jokes because I know I'm not dumb... And I also know I'm not blonde.' - Dolly Parton"

What do you like to do in your spare time?

"I am such a foodie, I'll take going out for a nice meal over anything else. I also love a good adventure, like a hike or camping."

If you could only have one food for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

"CHOCOLATE - I have the biggest sweet tooth going!"

Before working at Quad Recruitment, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

"I was President of the Students' Union at my University for a year. Every day was so different from the last and one minute I could be at a sports game supporting our teams and next I could be sat on the university's highest board working on strategic plans and KPIs. I also got to chair the union's charity board and be a trustee for a year which was very interesting!"

If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you?

"Margot Robbie (in my dreams!)"

What's your go-to drink?

"Always an espresso martini."

What are you most looking forward to over the next year at Quad Recruitment?

"I am super excited to get to know the ins and outs of the industry whilst simultaneously building relationships with colleagues and clients. I think relationships are really key in recruitment and I am looking forward to establishing these strong connections with those around me."
